I Am Learning To Read And Talk About The Results On Bar Graphs

I am learning to read a bar graph and answer questions 

I need to: 
*read the question
*read the data (information) on the graph
*identify the lowest (fewest) and highest (most) bars 
*read the quantities 
*compare the data on the graph
*answer questions about the data (information) on the graph



The purple one has the most cousins. The green one has the fewest cousins. I don't know how many cousins the purple one and the green one has.

Reflection
I am learning to read a bar graph and answer questions. I found this activity hard because I didn't understand the some of the questions but I found some easy as well. My next step is to keep practising on Mathletics.

I am learning to use capital letters correctly:

I use a capital letter at the beginning of a sentence.

I use a capital letter for the word ‘I.’

I use a capital letter for names of things.

I am learning to use full stops correctly:

I use a full stop at the end of a sentence.

When I grow up I want to be a chef. so I can can cook spicy food.

Reflection 
I am learning to use full stops correctly. I found this activity easy because I already knew what I want to be. My next step is to write more sentences with capital letters and full stops.

I Am Learning To Chunk My Words

I am in Pukekoes for Reading and we have been learning to use different reading strategies. 

I need to look for chunks (word parts) that I know to help me read the word quickly.

I am Learning To Chunk My Words. I found this activity easy because I've already done this activity. My next steps are to learn different type of strategies in chunky monkey.
